Nico Rosberg holds the record with 27 front rows in a row (2015 Japanese Grand Prix to 2016 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix).

Consecutive races qualified first or second (qualifying position where that data exists, 1994 on; the grid before that). A race the driver did not start ends the run. The Indianapolis 500 (1950–1960) is left out of all runs, as is standard practice. Ties share a rank. 131 drivers qualify; the top 28 are shown.
